Recognizing this need for restoration, the upcoming two-day event, The Experience, is designed to provide a space for women to reconnect with their faith, refresh their minds, and strengthen their bodies.

This Experience focuses on three essential areas—Spirit, Soul, and Self—through interactive stations, reflective sessions, and engaging activities. Whether seeking spiritual growth, emotional clarity, or physical rejuvenation, attendees will experience a transformational journey in a supportive, faith-filled environment.

Day 1: Panel of Speakers - Spirit, Soul, and Self

A dynamic and engaging panel of speakers will guide participants through the interconnected elements of spirit, mind, and body, offering insights and practical tools for holistic well-being.

  1. Spirit: A spiritual leader or guide will open the panel by discussing the importance of inner peace, connection, and grounding. They will share insights on how to cultivate spiritual strength through meditation, prayer, and reflective practices. The discussion will also touch on the role of values, intention setting, and gratitude in fostering a positive mindset.

  2. Soul: A psychologist, therapist, or mental health expert will lead this session, focusing on emotional regulation and mental clarity.
